How deep is the water at the dock for mooring a boat?
The depth of the water surrounding the dock usually ranges from 4-5 feet in depth.
Can we swim?
Yes! We maintain a swimming area by the dock. Pratt Bay isn’t very deep in general but certainly enough to refresh yourself on a hot day.
Is the tap water safe to drink?
Yes. We have installed a UV system so that there is clean drinking water from both kitchen taps.
Can we bring our pets?
Yes. Pets deserve to go on holiday too and this place is a dog heaven.
Will bedding and towels be provided?
Yes. We supply all freshly cleaned bedding and towels. All beds are made up for you with high quality new mattresses, covered in luxury bedding and cozy quilts to curl up in.
